"From the first day I started with Kieran he made me feel at ease and soon became a friend as well a trainer. This gave me the confidence and determination to reach my goals. Every session consisted of trying to overload weight on the same exercises as Kieran explained to me the importance of being able to measure progression.
He mixed up the last part of the session which made each session great. Kieran would always push me to my max. Even on non training days he would always guide me through my day so I'd stay on track which really kept me focused and consistent. I found Kieran to be so passionate about his work and clients, which in turn gave me the motivation to focus and push myself more.
I remember taking months to find the right PT to help me reach my goals just before my wedding. I’ve heard from numerous people who Kieran previously trained that he was a true professional and always achieved results. "I have been training with Kieran for just over three years. When I first started training with Kieran I was 67 years old. I had never been in a gym before and was not in very good physical shape.
